Smoked Salmon

Postby Finatic » Mon Jun 27, 2016 7:45 pm

Found some wild caught Sockeye Salmon on sale at my local HEB. Seasoned it with Cajun seasoning and smoked it over post oak at 375-400. Didn't take long. Served with yellow rice and broccoli. The plate in the photo has no glaze on the fish. I glazed Teresa's salmon with a honey glaze (combined with the heat from the Cajun seasoning). It was good!

Thanks guys. I was shocked at how good the Salmon was with the glaze. Certainly a keeper!
