The Big Easy

Postby Okie Sawbones » Sat Dec 05, 2015 3:47 pm

We had our Thanksgiving today, albeit delayed. I have read about The Big Easy oiless turkey fryer, and I had to have another toy.

I had an 11 pound hen, so I injected it with creole butter and rubbed it down with Yardbird. Into the fryer it went, and 2 hours later it was done.

The wife had a lot of sides, and we sat down to some of the most juicy, tender turkey we've ever eaten. I love The Big Easy.
