Bummed
Took the vacuumed sealed bag out of the freezer...Put into cold water to thaw..Not looking good.. They went from a nice reddish color to a dark red and to a almost gray in color..The bag was not broke.. the vacuum was still good..
Looks like I will have to suck it up and grill 2 Ribeyes, Shrimp with sautéed mushrooms..

Sure was good too.. I skewered a few shrimp as well...
