Jalapeno Eggs " Butt Bombs "

Postby Smoked » Mon Oct 29, 2007 6:55 pm

Every year around this time I make these for the opening weekend of gun season.. Its easy and simple.. Snack on these with a cold brew...

1 Dozen Large Eggs
1 32 Oz Can Jalapeños ( Sliced or Whole ) I prefer whole
1 Med Onion Cut Into 1/4's
1 lb. Baby Carrots Leave Whole
3- 4 Stalks Celery Chopped Into 2" peaces
64 Oz Jug or Jar

Boil eggs till done.. Cool in ice water for 10 min. Remove shell, put into jar, add carrots, onions, celery and then jalapeños with the liquid that comes in the can.. Add a little water if needed to cover. Mix well and put in the frig for a week or two. 2 weeks is best. Use tongs to remove the eggs and vegetables so you do not contaminate the liquid.

Had to give these burners a try. Added a few other items. Gotta tell ya these things look and smell very dangerous.
