Deboned stuffed turkey

Had prime rib turkey day at son's house so we didn't have a turkey to make turkey gumbo. Easy to fix that.

In the fridge uncovered two days to dry out skin

Used this stuff to make dirty rice - garlic not in pic

A heavy layer of spinach then the dirty rice - overstuffed a bit

Sewed it up with two firewires - rubbed with Hoochie Mama

Ready to come off the egg

Made a large turkey stock - turkey andoille gumbo is next
