Saturday Morning Dumplings and Jambalaya

My wife is prego and has been wanting me to make some Pork Dumplings for a while. I finally put a recipe together and gave it a try. They were a little work but a huge success!! I am going to need a bigger skillet so that I can cook more at a time. I think I made a total of 49.


So she had the dumplings, I wanted jambalaya for dinner. Turns out it was a 3pm snack and dinner. Very happy with this.

I had a bunch of jambalaya left over. So I decided to try my hand at a de-bone stuffed chicken. It looks good, it is dinner tonight so we will see how it will taste. De-boned and stuffed it myself, it aint perfect but it worked. I need to find some kinda needle to make it easier.
