Grill - crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside
Batter into the Æbleskiver pan on the mini - stuffed some with pineapple
Turned
Nice breakfast

Pretty much like a pancake. It's a Danish thing that a Dane friend of ours used to make. Traditional stuffing would be a small piece of apple. Can do them on a stove top but my traveling companion would kill me if I put anything cast iron on our smooth stove top. Kind of fun to do.
