Now the warden makes excellent fried chicken in the big no stick electric skillet. Now she can work the cast iron too but it usually too small to do a big batch. She do not cook with the skin..which I know is a mortal sin amongst traditionalists...but you dont even notice it being gone when you get to eating. Now my cuz's Granny would only eat the chicken skin. She did not like the meat. She weighed about 500 lbs. Not sure if there is a connection of course. :?

Well my wife if I would let her would just eat the skin but of course I chastise her to have some protein with her fat. But if you have a look at her (picture posted under "Discussion") I am the fat one not her.
