Picked this dude up today! Will incorp on my smoker, if,n I ever git to build me one.

Say OSD, no feet on this one. It is cut out of 3/16' steel plate. I got it at a local welding supply, where I git materials, in Weatherford Tx.
They had a bass up there that was a neat dude also, but bein a crappie fisherman, I passed on it.

BTW i catch fish that have crappie on their breath :D
it looks more like it does now than it did a while ago

Ha, I asked about that. They told me the cutter kept sliddin off due to tha excess slime!!! :P
They did have one of them green trash fish down thar though :lol:

You took the words right out of my mouth. With the exception of buffalo goat is my favorite meat. I raise 2 or 3 wethers every year to butcher. I could probably eat it 3 times a day and as long as I could throw in a bufflao steak or briskit every now an then I'd hardly ever cook anything else.

Hey Ratmo, ifn ya get the chance see if they have either a goat head, siluette of a goat, or a deer head. Would love to have one on the project smoker.

I have a buddy that does some laser cutting kind of thing and makes those.


Crazy horse you want some buffalo...........come on up here I know a great place. On the hoof.......well at least for a bit :D
