Breakfast for One

Postby Rich777 » Sat Jun 30, 2007 5:06 pm

This is the breakfast my Son cooked for himself this morning. He took the pic , and asked if I could post it. Looked good, wish I could have had some.

Chuck he is 19, old enough to know how to cook for himself. He is home for the summer from school. I was out mowing when he came out and wanted me to take a look at his breakfast. He took some pics and asked if I would put 'em up. It's a step up from his normal micro waved cheese frys.

I think I moved out of my parents house at 19 and thats when I learned if you want good food you have to cook it. I also learned how to follow recipes and adjust them shortly after. Best way to learn is trial and error and it looks like he's got a good start. If all else fails ask questions. Now I'm 35 and learned alot from reading this board and a couple others. One thing I've learned recently....bar b q people don't mind answering questions and for the most part are all good people. Just don't ask them about their rubs or sauces. LOL All trial and error.
