Hey Spencer...

A couple of my favorites are wings and steak w/ king crab legs as an appetizer.

Of course, have to cook ABT's whenever I light the grill!

Guys, I guess I am a little slow. I don't understand all the abbreviations that are used. Like Chuck used ABT's I haven't a clue. Please clue me in.
Maybe there should be a list some where for us slow folks, maybe there is a list. CF

ABT = Atomic Buffalo Turd

Jalapeno pepper, cut the top off and deseed/devein, stuff with cheese and a meat (I prefer cream cheese and fajita chicken meat), slap a piece of bacon over the top held with a toothpick and grill indirect for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Will look for some pics...

EDIT:

Here is a post that Gator made awhile back. Instead of cutting the top off of his, he cut them in half legnthwise.

Well, I thought that I had more pics of ABT's. Next time I make some, I will try to get pics of the process.

One word of warning. If you decide to make some, be careful because they are like illegal drugs. They are very addicting! :wink: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Im thinking about doing some bacon wrapped asparagas tonight or some grilled veggies with whatever meat we decide on tonight. Gotta cook up some what I have left of my Slovacek's sausages from last weekend.

Thanks for info guys. I already do the Jalapeños, but we just call them stuffed Jalapeños. I like the cream cheese with apricot preserves. I have a nice stainless Chile roaster. The Chiles stand up in it. CF

Last night I made Big Ol' Mess from the Marlboro Cook Like a Man grilling book.

You make a foil packet and put 1 lb chopped smoke sausage, onions, red bell pepper, jalapeno (I omitted that one), and I added mushrooms into it. Then you pour over 1/4 cup Tabasco (reduce if you don't like a lot of heat or more if your tabasco is really mild), and a 10 oz jar of sweet and sour sauce. Then cover with a piece of foil and crimp the edges together so it doesn't leak. Throw on the grill for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. My coals were a little too hot so it stuck to the foil really badly! lol We served it over jasmine rice with a side salad.

We also made Hawaiian Turkey Burgers on the grill this week. They were awesome!
