Rhubarb-pie

Postby Huppe » Fri Jun 11, 2010 12:15 am

I've been busy building our new house and on the same time my father-in-law's summer cottage...

I had some rhubarbs from summer cottage neighbour and put my wife to work:

We made pie with cream cheese and curd with vanilla and rhubarbs:

...and of course a lot of cardamom!

On photo you can hardly see any rhubarb bites but there was a lot of those. It was delicious!
