Leftovers!

Postby Derek » Sun May 20, 2007 10:38 pm

Had a bunch of uncooked leftovers from yesterday, so after I got home from today's shoot, I threw them all together and made tacos. It's getting easier and faster to get stuff done, but I gotta work on my effeciency some  (and no, those aren't my slippers....)

Shrimp tacos with creme agria, pico de gallo, bacon and chives.

Very nice Derek. I had a burning desire to plop on some red or green sauce on that dude. Pun intended. Keep 'em coming. :D
