Do you like Mushrooms???
I like most kinds of shrooms. I like them sauted, grilled, fried, & even raw. Raw or pickled for salads Got to have them with a steak.

I don't hunt wild 'shrooms. I really don't want to get *that* personal with
them.
I like tham most any way, but I'm not a fanatic about them. Stuffed caps are good, but the stuffing is the key. I like the marinated ones, and sauted. Fried are good, especially with a good dipping sauce.

Yep, all fresh, nothin from a can. Sauted in garlic and butter. Really like morels, shame they don't grow here
