Ham Jerky

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Fri Apr 19, 2024 3:38 pm

Got some Easter ham and vac-sealed most of it, except these odds and ends. The ham came with a pack of glaze. My bright idea: ham burnt ends.

Only it turned into jerky.

After we ate about half of it, we decided it was okay. Then we had to try it with Sriracha sauce. That was our excuse for eating half a pint of ice cream. :laughing7:
