Those look good Dave! I wonder if the Chipotle Gunpowder has less heat than the regular, because I sure that those links would be hot...

Gordon Ramsay might In this batch the garlic dominates all subtle flavors Right now I'm thinking they would make great sausage to add to a marina sauce.
Don't get me wrong, they have a presence in the heat department. Some folks might think they too hot. They don't ring the bell like "man, that has a bite". Medium heat at best.

Chipotle has a tendency to loose heat as it cooks based on my experience...

The last andoille I made I thought I had pushed the spices to the limit but the end result was just medium certainly not over spiced. I think some of the heat cooks down.
