Those look good Dave! I wonder if the Chipotle Gunpowder has less heat than the regular, because I sure that those links would be hot...

Gordon Ramsay might :lol: In this batch the garlic dominates all subtle flavors :( Right now I'm thinking they would make great sausage to add to a marina sauce.

Don't get me wrong, they have a presence in the heat department. Some folks might think they too hot. They don't ring the bell like "man, that has a bite". Medium heat at best.

Chipotle has a tendency to loose heat as it cooks based on my experience...

The last andoille I made I thought I had pushed the spices to the limit but the end result was just medium certainly not over spiced. I think some of the heat cooks down.
