OK already! Ribs (Sterno), shrimp (OSD), and now a ton of sausage. And I gotta wait until Sunday to cook outside! It just ain't right!

Try some Slovacek's from Snook,TX. Their Jalapeno sausage is one of my favorites.
Custom vertical offset.

Slovacek's is one of the only sausage's that I cook...it is great.. :lol:

I was fortunate enough to be at a friends house when his neighbor brought over some Slovacek Jalapeno and Cheese deer sausage he had made. You talk about delicious. Man oh man that stuff was tasty.
