Nice appetizer

I took some Jerry Lee's boudin and cut it into 2 inch links then coated with egg and Italian bread crumbs and fried.. Boudin balls are the result...

Dang that looks tasty; add some mud bugs, oysters on the half shell, steamed or boiled crab, boiled shrimp, grilled shrimp, or about any thing seafood and you got a meal fit for a King. Dadgum I envy you folks that have access to fresh ocean eats let alone cajun eats.

BAR "G" BBQ, you can make homemade Boudin and do the same thing.. Put "boudin recipes" into google and you'll find many recipes. I am going to make once I run out... It's a meal in itself....
