I had one of those dehydrators and gave it to my son, can't tell you how many times I wish I had it back.
Jerky looks great Dats. How about sprinkling with pepper after laying it on the rack while it is still wet?

I picked up a dehydrator like Dats at Bass Pro for under $30. Check your Bass Pro or Cabela's if you have one, you can get 'em on the cheap
