More Bacon

46 pounds of Pork Belly dry cured for 7 days, air dried for 24 hours, then smoked at 200 degrees for 3 hours to an internal temp of 145.

I feel like Scooby Doo looking at a Scooby Snack !!

That's beautiful right there !

If you like Mashed Potatoes, try dicing up a few pieces of that bacon.
Sautee them with some diced up Chicken Thigh Skin and mixem in the taters.
Garlic and Butter too.

My Blackstone could use some seasoning added…we could have a Bacon party!

Dang, that sure is beautiful. A handful of that bacon with a couple over medium and some hash browns would be heaven. With a big ole cold glass of milk.
