Pork Shoulder at Restaurant Depot?

Going to look for pork shoulder this week has anyone seen it at Restaurant Depot? I only want one shoulder not a case.

I've bought shoulder from Restaurant Despot before, but I thought that it had too much internal fat that didn't seem to break down during the smoke.

And I always take the butts to 205 before I pull them for a rest in the hotbox. I've never bought one from them after that.

So YES, they do sell single shoulders and also the cases.

Shop Rite is around here also...I live by West Point.
