My stuffer would not work so I had to use some corn husk. Jalapeno and Cheese w/pork

Well that's a first for me tamale sausage but appropriate as tamales are traditional at Christmas time.

in my book it does not have to be stuffed to be sausage.... you get an A for originality.... looks good!
