Had a couple of corned beef flats in the freezer and decided to experiment. Ground them up, and stuffed them. Didn't smoke these, poached them. Very happy with the outcome, just need to tweak the spices. Needed to have more spice.

Corned beef in a tube with cheese. Sounds good to me. Looks good to, I am liking those sandwiches. CF
