15 lbs. of Texas Smokies

Started 15 lbs. of a pork and beef sausage called Texas Smokies that's long on cumin and garlic.

We will be in East Texas, Edgewood. Tyler is the closest city of any size.

Try Rhea's in Tyler and Doc's in Gilmer. Both are tip-top. Doc's is my favorite. Even better than Pittsburg.
