A 15# stuffer was the best purchase I have made. It makes stuffing bulk sausage a breeze. If I had to stuff with a grinder , I probably would have given up. A good stuffer makes it fun.

After my first go round using a grinder to stuff I think I will definitely have to get a stuffer for the next time. The grinder over worked the meat and left a lot of fat behind which caused my sausage to be a little drier than I would've liked.
