Franklins sausage? Apparently he puts beef heart in it? Anyone ever tried that one?

Most of the sausage and lunch meat you buy from the large commercial companies has heart and other beef and pork entrails in it. You really have to closely read the package.

Comercially made, sure. Maybe even some old-world recipes. I mean, look at an authentic andouille recipe; that's loaded with oddness. Then head cheese, etc.. Yeah, I know..
