Aldi shank hams

Postby Purpahurl » Fri Oct 18, 2013 9:22 am

Here lately I have been buying shank hams at Aldi for .99/lb. I debone them and bag about 4oz per pint freezer bag. Anytime I need ham for beans, greens, chili, stew etc. I just open a bag and throw it in. I still don't see how cured hams can be this cheap. I have become a sure enough ham hoarder .

That'll work! :thap:
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.
