EDDY'S sausage

Postby SmokinChoctaw » Mon Jul 15, 2013 9:40 pm

Just had some Eddy's jalapeño and cheddar cheese sausage. I thought it was quite good, and comparable to slovacek's or southside market's. Opinions are welcome, let the debate begin LOL>>>>>

Actually, I'm selling most of them to friends around here. They are cured, and I'll let everyone decide what they want to do with them, slow smoke, slow grill, or hot smoke them. The ones for myself I'll slow smoke and use for sandwiches at my real job.

I haven't tried the others but we found Eddy's on sale last week and we loved it. Beats Eckrich!
