I had to look up where Chappell hill is, east of Brenham.
I have not tried them, however the country meat markets stay open
because they usually do a better than average job at what they do.
Wish we had one of those around here...

Their product is pretty good. My buddy is the manager at the Chappell hill deli and bakery which is a full out BBQ shop, bakery, kitchen, jerky, smoked cheeses, home made canned delicacies etc. they have the best sausage I have eaten as if late. You can't miss the place, it's the big huge orange building right there before the red light in Chappell hill coming from Brenham/Austin
