Venison/Pork Sausage First time

We had a 10# of venison in the freezer I needed to make into sausage, this was my first time.

The grinder is old, but the stuff is new thanks to my wife. It was a life saver! Just using the grinder as a stuff I spend over an hour just doing a few links. With the stuff, I had 10-15 lbs done in about an hour.

First I'd be a little concerned since I spotted a Smurf getting into your grind but the end result looks great.
Bet you're gonna be reluctant to pay good money for that grocery store stuff from now on......
