Made 2 small batches of sausage today. First was 10# German style, using Zach's seasoning 70/30 pork, venison. Smoked with post oak.
Next up was 12.5# Hot country style with lots of sage and red pepper. Same 70/30 blend. Smoked with hickory.

Where's mine? Now load about 5 pounds in a cooler, climb on in the truck, drive on up OSR through Midway, turn north on 45, and just keep going til you get to McKinney. I'll be waitin out on the front porch with cold beer. And hurry it up, I'm hongry.
