Having too much fun with jerky!

I busted out the meat slicer and made strip jerky last night and today.

I used an eye of round sliced a little over an eighth of an inch thick (setting #2 on my LEM slicer). The marinade was pretty standard:
2/3 cup Worchst. Sauce
2/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 T Sriracha sauce
1.5 T honey
2 t black pepper
2 t onion powder

Marinated for 7 hours.
Dehydrated for 10 hours.

I couldn't stop eating this stuff. I had to take a pile to the brother in law just to get it out of the house.
