I am making some sausage this weekend and was wondering if anyone had a recipe. gonna make some 30# pork/venison and 20# beef sausage. Just want some regular ole sausage. nothing real crazy. I wanna keep it fairly simple. anything would help. thanks in advance.

so from what i understand on those recipes is the measurements are basically for 2lbs of meat. So if i am doing 40 pounds of sausage i need to adjust the seasonings accordingly?

Yea looks like most recipes there are for 2.2 lbs so just adjust accordingly
