After looking over some of the recipes I like what I see. Many look suspiciously like Rytek Kutas recipes but that's fine, actually better. Rytek knew sausage and wrote good recipes but did it in a self serving manner so these are better. Nice layout and has metric/English conversion. Good find W!

Appreciate Weldon, useful stuff. I plan on buying a stuffer for a later sausage event.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!

Glad to help guys. I found this site a while back when I was looking for a specific polish sausage recipe. I haven't used any of the recipes, but they seem like they are the real deal. I wish I would have thought about sharing it before the get-together.
