Got a whole bunch of beef I just took out of the freezer

I just pulled out whats left of the side beef from a year ago. I got a 7 bone roast, some stew meat, some round steaks. There's probably close to 10 lbs. Plan on grinding it and making some chili. Need a good recipe.
