We are havin a Christmas party at work this Fri.Every year I make two pots of chili,I usually make it on Thurs.I'm off today,is it too soon too make the chile today.I know that chilie always taste better,usually the day after it was made.

You could make it today and then put it in the freezer til a day or two before you need it. Thaw it out and reheat it. It freezes very well.

No need to freeze even it will keep well in the fridge 'til Friday and taste better too.

I second that. If you were making it sooner I'd say freeze it, but no need if it's just gonna be a few days.
