This is not as thick or as hot as I wanted, but we have company, so I lost out.
Used some venison burger and some venison brats I cooked yesterday.
Used some Sucklebusters Chili seasoning, and some of ChiliFarmers made salsa.
Bill, I really like that added in (a couple tablespoons) to the pot, but my wife had me back down the heat a little, so I had to add more juice.
