Brisket Chili

First time I'd tried this, and I think it turned out good. Spicy without burning. Certainly a good use of some frozen point from a previous cook.

Looks good!
Whenever I smoke some spare ribs, I pull the flap and throw it in a batch of chili. Makes for some excellent chili!

Very nice.
I wouldn't mind a big plate of that and wash it down with the Dots in the background. My kids candy has already been raided for the dots.
