Chili at the station
Texas style no beans. Even though I didn't have any Sucklerbusters chili, I did buy some Carroll Shelby chili and changed up some of the tomato sauce with El Pato hot sauce. It came out well. I need to work on the oven temp. It runs hotter than it should so the corn bread was darker than I wanted it to be.

Thanks. It's got good flavor and mild flavor for my Chief that can't handle spice.

I understand; I have to really hold back on the brisket and ribs at times because of my elderly In-Laws and the Grandkids

I"ve had the munchies for some homemade Chili lately and now I don't think I can put it off any longer

To be read in the voice of the Wolf Brand Chili guy,
