Found a local producer of chili sauce today and just had to buy a bottle. I love local producers.
They had 4 different types:
Plain red chili sauce
Habanero chilli sauce
Blueberry and Ghost chili sauce
Carolina reaper chili sauce.
Bought a bottle of blueberry & Ghost chili sauce which I look forward to try. I am excited to see how hot it is.
Besides that it should be great with bbq'd or grilled meat they recommended me trying it on vanilla ice.
Will try.

Make sure the EMT's are not busy when you try it.

Re: Hot sauce
Hey Joe, go easy on our Fonzie with that hot sauce stuff. He might not be as curious as you are. So you may need to set aside some nice meats before. And a couple of sips of a nice German beer.

Re: Hot sauce
Probably not good for Fonzie, but he eats everything. He has a bad habit of stealing from the table. We often have sushi and once I thought I should stop the stealing. We use that green wasabi stuff and I put some around a plate that was strategically placed. Fonzie took it all and he didn't react at all. Just went around and looked for more.GRailsback wrote:Hey Joe, go easy on our Fonzie with that hot sauce stuff. He might not be as curious as you are. I will follow everybody's advice and be careful with this stuff. I poured a little bit on a teaspoon and stuck my tongue in it. Felt it. But not too bad.
Fonzie is mostly occupied with Christmas gifts at the moment

Good to see that I'm not the only one that does projects on my Stove Top beside just cooking
