Yes I Did !!!

Postby Williep » Wed Feb 07, 2018 8:41 am

I put bean's in my chili !!! :dont: Seem's like everyone else has been making chili so I decided to make a pot. 1 LB of ground chuck chili meat, 1 lb Owens regular pork sausage, 1 chopped up white onion, 1 chopped up green bell pepper, 2 can's diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can beef broth and a little salt & pepper while I was browning the meat and sauteing the onion/bell pepper. The seasoning was SB Competition Chili Kit. Started cooking around 2 pm, around 5:15 I rinsed and added 2 can's of Bush's pinto bean's, continued to simmer for about another hour and then it was time to eat. Made a small skillet of Jiffy cornbread also but I add sugar to it because I like it sweet. :salut:
