After a long dry summerthe last couple of weeks we've had our fair share of rain. Had dang near 7" in the last 6 days. I know that don't sound like much to you Texans but we got about 7 months of rain to look forward to.
A couple weeks ago I made up a big pot of Gators Chili
Had some left over brisket I chopped up and threw it in the mix
I used the liguid from the beans to dissolve the beef base.
I like lots of meat in my Chili and look y'all, no beans......yet

Let's see, Wild Bill, if I catch the Redeye Express then I should be there before it's all gone. I'm bringing my own Torts also

No beans
Asked the wife if she wanted beans in her Chili. Her comment was It ain't chili with out beans. I served the beans on the side so she could add as she liked.
