Wiffy Demands Suckle Busters Chili

My Oldest Son has recently become a huge fan of Suckle Busters Texas Champion Chili Mix and the Wiffy has been eaves dropping on our conversations. So much to my surprise I was sent to the Store yesterday to pick up all the necessary ingredients to make us a Pot of the good stuff. Luckily I already had just enuff Seasoning leftover in an envelope stored in an air tight jar so Chili Fixin was "Game On" this morning. Believe it or not the only tweeking I did was to substitute sweet peppers for bells (tummys won't tolerate bells) and I added a can of Rotels per the War Depts Request.
Veggies sauteed in meat drippings and as Juice-Tone Wilson would say:
"Don't that Purdy?"It had only been slow simmering for less than an hour and I took a spoon full to The War Dept for a taste test. When I asked her what it needed she replied:
"All it needs is for you to put some in a Bowl with a Spoon and bring it to me"

So is this a Sucklebusters recipe or is it your own that you just use the sucklebuster seasoning?

Chris, as I mentioned, it is SBs Recipe except for the absense of Bell Peppers and the addition of one small can of Rotels. Everything thing else is according to the Recipe

You have taken a step in the right direction. We will need to see you maintain the ability to make these good choices over a few chili cooks before being granted full membership …chili samples being sent to the leadership council could speed the process up :)

Am I the only one that likes cornbread with their chili? Cornbread and lots of cheese. Now I must ask. Why does no one like. Beans in their chilli?

NO, you are not the only one that like CB with Chili and you aren't the only one that likes Beans in their "you know what" - - HOWEVER, mentioning it on this Forum is like admitting you're gonna drive a Smart Car to The Saturday Night Cruise.

I like cornbread with anything. And there’s nothing wrong with beans. It’s just there are rules when it comes to chili…once you add beans it is no longer chili :)
