Jut curious on some tips for competition chili. I have cooked 1 Casio event but still need some tips. I keep hearing about chili grind but can not get a straight answer on what it really means.

Think it is a courser grind on a meat grinder, I know a lot of guys grind steaks up or use small steak chunks for the events instead of chuck or butcher chili grinds you find at the meat market.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!
