Coastal chili w/beans
I know most chili does not include beans but this recipe has kidney and pinto 1/2 & 1/2, two lbs. chili meat.
Dry rub & "Texas Crunch" method believer!

Chili is like stew, meatloaf, etc. Everyone has their way to do it, and none are alike. Shoot, I like chili with beans occasionally, especially if I don't have enough chili and a guest shows up. Extend the chili with beans. Looks good, man!

I prefer both beans like you did but the Wiffy asked me to cut the kidney beans so now I only use Pintos - - - - to me there are no rules when it comes to Chili, especially here in
