Chili Cookoff Pics

Postby tex_toby » Sun Jan 30, 2011 7:11 pm

Yesterday, Mrs Tex and I cooked in a local backyard-style chili cookoff. There were a total of 31 teams. We didn't do so hot this year (16th), but the weather was beautiful and we had fun as always.

Another member of this board (Snow Bunny) I believe took 2nd! Congrats to him!

Have a look at a few pics from throughout the day:

This little contraption was auctioned off of $500 which will be donated to the children's cancer center. It was a custom built walkaround chili cooking setup.
