2 Jalapenos
2 Lbs Tomatillos
2 Yellow Bell Peppers
1 Large Onion
Garlic to tasste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 bunch cilantro
1.5 T Cumin

Looking mighty fine. Today's a good day for it here in the big dry ditch. Only in the 60's.

Looks plenty tasty; I have never tried any of the green although I have added that one to my winter comfort food to do list.
