Re: anyone cook CASI chili?
Been cooking comp chili for a long time, cooked with CASI for 2-3 yrs, no money ever paid out! ...and every time I asked why I was told it all goes to Admin Fees!? So I quit cooking with them...

Re: anyone cook CASI chili?
CASI money should be going to the charity picked for the cookoff. We have several a year in town, and it does help some of the local groups here (FD's, ladies auxillaries, etc). It's different than BBQ. I cooked chili for several years, but prefer BBQ. Once in a while, I'll still cook CASI if it's nearby, or a charity for something I'm familiar with - all a matter of choice!
