Or have #1 as smoky peach and #5 as spicy peach but add a little extra kick to it.....

Gator - Tonight I grilled an extra piece of Mahi Mahi and basted at the end with your #5 Peach Sauce. I didn't do another side by side with the #1, but I just wanted to mention that it complemented the fish really well. I'm planning on using the rest of each on chicken. You've got a winner whichever you decide on.

Thanks everyone - > looks like #1 is the winner by a long shot. We are moving forward with shelf life testing, nutritional panels and a test batch run from my co-packer. Next will be labels, then our first run should be ready sometime in December, just in time for a Merry Christmas for this one!

Most folks have use it on fish, chicken and pork.

Stay tuned,

:)

Sounds good Gator. I'm anxious to give it a try. If it's as good a product as your original sauce it's got to be some good stuff.

I hope he makes a big batch cause I am ordering a couple of bottles just as soon as I can, for those of you who didn't get to try it, it was pretty darn good.

Sorry my schedule didn't let me try it on ribs. On chicken #1 is a definite go!
