Don't sell Hoochie Mama short. Its a great rub but I tinkered a little by grinding some some black pepper on the brisket about 45 to 60 mins after putting Hoochie Mama on. Coarse grind. In my mind it helps.

Oh dont get me wrong there is nothing worng with it at all..... matter of fact its my new brisket rub. I just did'nt want to change what i have built for my ribs....I'm too hard headed (maybe if i change, it will be for the better?) who knows. I really, Really like the Hoochie Mama's though.
